Exhibitors with the highest engagement in both categories could win:

1st place prize: (1) 100 SQFT booth at TBS 2021 or Buildex Shows 2021

2nd place prize: Digital Advertising package, valued at $2,000

3rd place prize: (3) Social media posts across the Buildings Canada or Buildex Shows social channels

Exhibitor Checklist

To maximize the benefits of participating in Buildings Week, we suggest you become familiar with all of the information relating to the show. Review our checklist below to ensure that you're on track. 

  • Review contents of the Exhibitor Manual.
  • Are you looking to fill an open role in your organization? Submit your job descriptions for FREE to NextGen, our Career Hub sponsor by November 15 to help fill these roles
  • Do you have a contest or giveaway to include? Great! Please note: contests must comply with any existing government regulations, including posting the terms of the contest on the entry form and ensuring no obligations on the part of the prize winner. 
  • Register your Virtual Event Team with MicroSpec by November 18, 2020  
  • Finsh setting up your Virtual Booth by November 23, 2020
  • Promote your participation with our easy to use and customizable Marketing Tools using our new partner, Feathr
